“The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. Despite the fact there was a wedding party reception, we slept well in this lovely hotel. We will certainly return.”

“This would be a 5/5 for me because I loved the hotel, the location, the decor and the rooms but my room had a damp smell to it so I had to sleep with the window open so it was really cold. Obviously this is on me because I should've noticed sooner and tried getting the room changed but I went out and returned rather late and didn't want to disturb people. However I did see the other rooms under the same booking and they were also great. My room (104) was the only one that had a smell to it so we just struck it down to the luck of the draw. The main complaints I read from people about this hotel were the showers but I preferred this, it's an open shower with a lot of space, they included one of those mops so I could flow the water to the drain so that was pretty fun too. The staff were really friendly and the place was lovely. The corridors are decorated beautifully and one of my regrets is not snapping any pictures of it but I was really tired lol. The bed was comfortable and the lighting options were perfect. They included a kettle & various teas and coffee so we could make hot drinks if we pleased and the TV was decent although I can't understand Dutch but it worked for background noise. They also included a hairdryer, towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo. All in all it was an excellent stay and I feel bad for leaving a 4 star review but the smell was an issue. I'll definitely return here for a longer trip than a night.”
